Returns & Replacement
If the shopper is not satisfied with any product purchase by reason of a defect or incorrect item shipped, s/he may be entitled to either be refunded or have the product replaced at no extra cost.
Should you wish to return an item, please take note:
- It must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- It must be returned in its original condition.
- Products must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
- If it is returned in bad condition/different packaging may be refused or a fee may be added.
- Return and exchange processing time will vary depending upon the type of product.
- Shipping charges for the exchanges will be your responsibility to pay.
For qualified returns, Presidential Paws might offer an alternative product. However, an exact product replacement cannot be guaranteed at all times; should this not be possible we will issue a full refund as store credit.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
