All successful orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. 

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements and location. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

You will receive your order in 3-5 working days if you are from Metro Manila and 7-10 working days if 
outside Metro Manila once you have received the order confirmation email.

Due to COVID-19 PH government mandated Enhanced Community Quarantine, please expect delays inside and outside Metro Manila delivery.

Yes, we do international shipping and with a special shipping fee. Please take note delivery lead time for International Orders is 21-25 working days.

All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

For qualified returns, Presidential Paws might offer an alternative product. However, an exact product replacement cannot be guaranteed at all times; should this not be possible we will issue a full refund as store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at woofwoof@presidentialpaws.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
